Given that the project is already well underway, this announcement is a bit overdue. However, better late than never!
I’ve begun work on a project I call “Sketches of Echizo”, which is to be an anthology of ten short stories, released electronically in two, free e-books. Each of the stories will feature characters from Echizo, an epic fantasy world inspired by Japan during the Sengoku Period (c. 1467 – 1615). The characters will span the breadth of Echizoan society, from peasants to imperial royalty, from captive spies to Shintō priests.
The first book of five stories will focus on children, while the second book will focus on adult characters.
